Hi Group,

Is there a aftermarket manufacturer that sells a heated shield kit that will fit a Skidoo Modular helmet.  I have priced the Skidoo OEM parts and am looking for a less expensive alternative.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Freeborn -

We checked and did not find anything through our vendors. There is nothing else that we are aware of that is available in the aftermarket. You will probably have to get it through a Ski-Doo dealer, unfortunately.

Thanks Admin,

Thats what I figured.  It appears to me like a good opportunity for Aftermarket companies.  Skidoo gets $150+ for the units which appear to be little more than a small heating wire attached to your visor.
